As a managing consultant Operations, you work with clients on their greatest organizational challenges in areas such as process improvement, acceleration of production processes, setting up operational processes, realizing cost savings, and the execution of strategic plans. In doing so, you help client organizations particularly in the energy & utilities and industry sectors. You are also able to serve clients in other private and semi-public sectors.

Examples of projects in which you take the lead:

• accelerating customer connection processes for energy companies

• improving the quality of the production process at an auto parts manufacturer through the application of Lean Six Sigma

• optimizing production processes through the use of data at a water company

• realizing company-wide performance improvement and cost savings at an offshore organization.

You combine daily advisory work with developing and strengthening client relationships, acquiring new assignments, further developing our services, and mentoring junior consultants. You work in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the success of Berenschot within the Strategy & Operations field.

You will join the Organizational Transformations advisory group, in the Strategy & Operations team. Together with colleagues with expertise in strategic advice and operations consulting, you will work on challenging projects for companies and semi-public organizations. Are you ready to deploy your knowledge and experience for your team and Berenschot? If you recognize yourself in the following characteristics, then this is the perfect opportunity for you:

• A completed Master's degree, preferably in technical business administration, engineering, or a similar technical or business administration direction.

• At least 10-15 years of work experience, of which a significant part is in an external consultancy role at a renowned consultancy firm.

• You have experience coordinating a project team of consultants and are a strong advisor to your clients.

• You have a proven track record and a strong network in the energy & utilities and industry sectors, and also have experience with advisory work in other sectors.

• You have a commercial mindset and a demonstrable ability to further expand your network and assignment portfolio.

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

• In addition to experience with operational improvement, you also have an affinity for strategic issues and their translation toward the operations of organizations.
