As Business Unit Manager, you are responsible for the Budgetary Assistive Devices (BT) segment. Within this business unit, it concerns assistive devices used by healthcare institutions for multiple users and which are not person-specific. Think, for example, of care beds or lifting aids used within nursing and residential care homes.

Houten is your home base. You will directly manage the branch managers of the Waalwijk, Nederweert, and Rogat locations, where you will be regularly present. Each branch has approximately 35 to 40 employees. Together with these teams, you ensure optimal service delivery. You are responsible for the results of the business unit and manage strategy, performance, financial results, and further growth. You report to the CEO.

The focus of the position lies on further developing the business unit, optimizing processes, and realizing growth, without losing sight of the human dimension. You are an important interlocutor for the management of Kersten and for healthcare institutions, and you represent Kersten when issues or challenges arise.
