Electrical Engineering Service Technician

As an Electrical Service Technician, you start your day with a cup of coffee and receive a call from the service desk - you're being called out! You jump into your company van and drive to the location of the report. There, you dive into the fault and determine that a component needs replacement. No worries, you'll fix it! You handle the matter cordially with the customer before heading off again to your next challenge. Of course, independently taking on and executing smaller projects is also no problem for you, as you are often deployed for this as well.

• You locate and resolve faults in electrotechnical installations in the utility sector by, among other things, replacing components, correcting settings, and performing repairs.
• You perform preventive maintenance on installations.
• You provide recommendations for repair and maintenance to the customer.
• You assemble, install, and commission various equipment of the installation.
• You test and check the correct operation of a component of the installation and you report in writing the faults that require major repairs. For maintenance, reports are drawn up and advice is given to the user.
• You participate in the on-call service.

• You are pragmatic, maintain an overview in hectic situations, and solve problems efficiently and effectively, without compromising on quality and accuracy. You are independent, resourceful, customer-friendly, and do not get easily discouraged.
