Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level;
Minimum 5-7 years of experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or WCM;
Knowledge of methodologies such as value stream mapping, kaizen, and root cause analysis;
Experience with data analysis, business cases, and workshop facilitation;
Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

As Continuous Improvement Project Manager Benelux, you will help Remeha Benelux to make processes more efficient, reduce waste, and make continuous improvement part of daily practice. In doing so, you combine lean expertise, data analysis, and the power to drive change.

What you'll do

You translate improvement opportunities into concrete results.

You analyze processes, value streams, and improvement possibilities.
You identify and reduce waste and inefficiencies.
You develop business cases and support improvement initiatives with data.
You guide improvement projects from analysis to implementation.
You facilitate workshops, kaizen sessions, and improvement sprints.
You coach teams and process owners in lean and continuous improvement.
You monitor results and ensure that improvements are permanently secured.
