The role

Hunter Douglas is the world's leading manufacturer of window coverings and a major manufacturer of architectural products. We are a brand that you know and trust. With more than 100 years of innovation, we've defined our industry with proprietary products that deliver revolutionary style and functionality and can be found in millions of homes and commercial buildings globally.

We are searching for candidates that are driven, intelligent, creative, and entrepreneurial. By offering challenging and accelerated opportunities for growth, powered by a shared hunger for success, we create a space for your career to thrive. In return for your expertise, we are committed to providing competitive and robust total compensation and benefit packages to ensure you feel valued. Our dream is to become the fastest growing, most loved, window covering company in the world. What's yours?

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement / HDMS (Hunter Douglas Management System) Lead to drive operational excellence across our Supply Chain sites in the EMEA region. This role plays a critical part in embedding a strong culture of continuous improvement, driving performance, and supporting the successful deployment and certification of the HDMS (Hunter Douglas Management System) across the zone.

As the EMEA CI/HDMS Lead, you will work closely with site leadership teams, functional partners, and the Global HDMS Team to standardise best practices, enable data-driven decision-making, and continuously raise the bar on efficiency, quality, and operational maturity.

We are open to accepting applications from candidates based across the EU, however, proximity to a Hunter Douglas facility is essential due to the level of on-site collaboration required. Applications from candidates without reasonable access to a site may not be progressed.

Continuous Improvement & HDMS Leadership

What you'll do

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across Supply Chain sites in the EMEA zone
  • Lead the Continuous Improvement Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the region
  • Coordinate the regional HDMS programme in close partnership with the Global HDMS Team
  • Support sites through HDMS implementation and certification, working with HDMS Pillar Owners
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing forums and promote adoption of best practices across the network
  • Establish and maintain a central repository for CI standards, tools, and best practices
  • Design and deliver training programmes on CI and Lean methodologies
  • Provide hands-on support to teams leading improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate the goal-setting process across the CoE, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Implement standardised processes for defining, tracking, and reviewing CI goals
  • Lead Supply Chain analytics in close cooperation with the Head of Project Management Office
  • Develop dashboards and visual management tools for real-time KPI monitoring across all CoEs
  • Use analytics and data insights to optimise supply chain and operations processes
  • Drive automation, digitalisation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Foster strong collaboration with HR, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and other key functions
  • Contribute to contingency planning and business continuity initiatives across the region

Why Join Us?

This is a high-impact regional role with real influence on how our Supply Chain operates and evolves across EMEA. You'll have the opportunity to shape standards, build capability, and leave a lasting legacy by embedding a true culture of continuous improvement.
