Construction Methods Work Preparer

• A completed mbo-4 or hbo degree in Civil Engineering;

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience, or an hbo starter in Civil Engineering;

• Affinity with equipment and construction processes;

• An efficient, proactive, and collaborative working attitude;

• Strong communication skills and a decisive attitude;

• The ability to read, interpret, and translate technical drawings into a practical execution approach.

• Salary from € 2,950-- to € 4,800 gross per 4 weeks (€ 3,200 - € 5,200, - gross per month) based on full-time employment;

As a Work Preparer Construction Methodologies at Ballast Nedam Materieel in Almere, you actively contribute to preparing and supporting a wide range of construction projects. You apply your construction knowledge and practical insight to provide solutions in the field of formwork, supports and scaffolding. You advise project teams on the most efficient and safe working methods, work out technical drawings and prepare accurate quotations.

You will work closely with a project coordinator, engineers, carpenters, and colleagues from the rental department. Together, you will ensure that all materials, drawings, and preparations align perfectly with the wishes of the project team and the executing parties.
