Internship Building Construction Renovation and Maintenance

At the renovation and maintenance (R&O) department in 's-Hertogenbosch, there is room for a driven project coordination intern looking for a working internship. As an intern, you will work independently on multiple challenging tasks on a daily basis. The tasks to be considered are: mutation maintenance, scheduling service vouchers, and performing renovation work on mutation homes. Additionally, you are also responsible for the administrative processing of the vouchers via our voucher program and the financial handling thereof.
In addition, you will work with friendly colleagues who are open to taking you along in their daily activities so that you can gain useful experience. Through this internship, you can further develop yourself as a student and as a person.

• You are following a hbo (professional bachelor) or wo (academic bachelor) degree in the field of building construction and are available (almost) full-time for a period of 5 months; 

• You manage the Dutch language at a good level, both spoken and written;

• You take initiative, are curious, and dare to ask questions;

• You receive an internship allowance of €507,- (MBO) or €600,- (HBO) gross per 4 weeks. Converted, that is €550,- (MBO) and €650,- (HBO) gross per month for a full-time internship;

• An internship position where you are truly part of the team. No fetching coffee, but contributing to projects that have a visible impact together with your enthusiastic team;
