• HBO/university level of work and thinking with a completed degree in Civil Engineering or related field;

• You possess experience in a similar position, or you have relevant work experience as a construction planner or site manager within the construction sector;

As a Project Organizer Business Office at Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling in Hoorn, you play an important role in the success of our construction projects, being primarily active in the tender and engineering phases. From the very first moment, you think along about what the total execution trajectory will look like. You collect the right information from various colleagues, external partners and, if necessary, at the locations themselves. You analyze various construction methodologies and determine how the construction site can be optimally laid out. Naturally, you take accessibility, material deployment, livability, safety, and communication into account during this process. You create a detailed plan for how you are going to build, where it is desired to use 4D planning. In this way, you fully visualize and analyze the construction process, thereby eliminating failure costs.

In this position, you support our Business Office, and it is truly your thing to examine the information for the construction project in detail, but you also have a talent for translating these details to a more abstract level. Together with the Business Office team, you bring together the available information, analyze different execution methodologies, and determine the best routing. New developments in the market are incorporated into this, and you inspire your colleagues.
