Production Leader

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably in the direction of civil engineering or structural engineering;

• Demonstrable experience in a leadership role of at least 3 years within a production or construction environment;

• You are proficient with programs such as Word, Excel, and AutoCAD;

• In possession of a VCA certificate or willing to obtain this in the short term.

As a Production Leader, you lead a team of foremen and act as the connecting link between all production-related departments - from preparation to final product. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, without thinking in a 9-to-5 mentality.

You are a team player who knows how to connect people, streamline processes, and always maintain an overview. With your structured and goal-oriented approach, you know how to plan, organize, and communicate clearly. You work daily with your team to realize the planned production, with short and direct lines of communication.

You periodically analyze the produced cubic meters and hours spent, and adjust where necessary. You also keep a sharp eye on the size of our flexible workforce. Safety and quality are always your top priorities.
