At least 10 years of experience as a Project Controls Manager or in a similar role within complex projects;
Experience within contracting is a strong advantage;

Salary from € 5,500 to € 6,500 gross per 4 weeks (€ 5,958 to € 7,042 gross per month) based on full-time employment;

At Ballast Nedam Infra Technologies, you will work from Rotterdam on one of the most challenging infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. As Project Controls Manager, you will play a key role within project PTZ1 Noordtunnel and will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and directing all project control activities.
In this role, you will lead the project controls team and ensure that Requirements Management, information and configuration management, document management, quality, and progress are integrally controlled. You will be a member of the project's core team and will proactively advise the project manager and other project leadership on opportunities, risks, and necessary corrective measures. In doing so, you will ensure that decision-making is based on reliable control information.
As Project Controls Manager, you will connect various disciplines within the project and work closely with clients, including Rijkswaterstaat, and internal stakeholders. You know how to bring people along in processes and standards and ensure that the project organization remains demonstrably in control throughout all phases of the project.
A summary of your activities:
Leading the project controls team and coordinating the various control disciplines
Monitoring progress, quality, and information provision within the project
Preparing and analyzing project reports, forecasts, and management information
Advising project management and the core team on control measures and strategic choices
Setting up and optimizing processes for quality, information, and change management
Maintaining contacts with clients and other important stakeholders
Directing towards uniform working methods, demonstrability, and continuous improvement within project controls
Knowledge of systems engineering and project control methodologies;
Experience with Relatics;
Strong skills in the areas of stakeholder management and advisory;
Persuasiveness, empathy, and the ability to bring people along in change.
