Are you the digital construction coordinator who plays a key role in connecting technology, data, and people? Do you get energy from smart solutions, enthusiastic construction teams, and projects that truly improve people's living environments? Then we have a great place for you at Dura Vermeer Heyma.
With us, everything revolves around renovation and transformation. We work on homes, neighborhoods, and buildings that must be ready for the future. We do this not only with craftsmanship but also with smart digital techniques. And that is exactly where you come in.
As a digital construction coordinator, you are the connecting link between technology, execution, and collaboration. You ensure that our construction teams can get to work with the right information, models, and standards. Not from an ivory tower, but right in the middle of practice: together with project teams, work preparers, site managers, partners, and colleagues.
You help teams to apply BIM smartly and practically in residential renovation projects. That means explaining, training, providing structure, or simply sitting down next to someone to show how it can be done better, faster, or easier.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Guiding construction teams in the use of BIM and digital working methods.
Training colleagues in new techniques, tools, and applications.
Implementing and monitoring BIM standards within projects.
Translating standards into practical working methods on the construction site and within the project team.
Identifying opportunities to collaborate (digitally) smarter, more efficiently, and more enjoyably.
Connecting people, processes, and models.
Maintaining control over information flows and data
Translating strategy into execution
Structurally improving and scaling up digital working
We are looking for someone who is analytically strong and capable of translating theoretical solutions into practical applications. Additionally, you are proactive, creative, customer-oriented, and have strong perseverance. We are looking for someone with a true entrepreneurial mentality, who is capable of taking initiative without pre-set frameworks. Can you find yourself in this profile and do you know how to act as a coordinator? Then we are looking for you!
Dura Vermeer is an independent family business. And you can notice that. In how we work together, look out for one another, and build with an eye for future generations. Since 1855, we have been building the Netherlands, in residential construction, utility construction, infrastructure, and technology. Our independence and long-term vision form the basis for this.
With a turnover of € 2.6 billion and over 3,700 colleagues, we are among the top of the Dutch construction sector. But ultimately, it is not about those figures for us. It is about people. About colleagues working together on projects you can be proud of—iconic and close to home—and contributing to solutions for societal issues.
Our ambitions are great. And we only achieve them with engaged people. That is why we invest in good employerhood and a work environment in which you feel at home. Where you can be yourself, feel safe, and speak up. So that you get the best out of yourself and make more together with us.
