The role
Ready to bring your legal knowledge to life? As a Legal Intern at Marktlink, you will work on real deals and discover how entrepreneurship and law intersect. You will support the Legal team in mergers and acquisitions and receive plenty of opportunities to develop yourself in an environment full of energy and ambition.
What you'll do
- Contributing to the drafting and reviewing of legal documentation;
- Supporting legal research and transaction documentation;
- Preparing closing and signing documents;
- Collaborating with Legal Counsels, consultants, and external advisors.
Tu perfil
- Master's student in Law with an affinity for corporate and contract law;
- Analytical, meticulous, and responsible;
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Available for at least 2 months, 5 days per week (less in consultation);
- Residing in the Amsterdam region. We would also love to speak with you if you reside in the Rotterdam or Deventer region.
