Payroll Consultant

• You have completed a PDL or VPS and have at least 2 years of experience in payroll administration;

• You have extensive knowledge of laws and regulations regarding payroll administration and apply this knowledge practically;

• You switch smoothly between ad-hoc questions and structural work, maintain an overview, and think ahead;

• You analyze sharply, are solution-oriented and proactive, and see opportunities for other Crowe services.

• It is a plus if you have experience with Nmbrs;

You ensure everything runs, from payslip to process. No-nonsense, à la Crowe.

As a Payroll Consultant, you are an important link for our clients and their payroll administration. You ensure everything is correct and happens on time, from payments to processes. You help organizations run smoothly and grow. Together with colleagues from other teams, you support clients in their digital development. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and switch easily between systems, questions, and people. You bring calm and structure, exactly where it is needed.

• You help our SME clients with their payroll administration and ensure everything runs smoothly;

• You advise them on relevant laws and regulations, so they are always up-to-date;

• You process changes in the administration and keep everything tidy;

• You ensure that salaries and allowances are paid on time and correctly;

• You think along about improvements in the payroll administration to make everything even more efficient;

• You work together with a team of experienced payroll professionals, from which you always learn a lot;

• You collaborate intensively with other colleagues within Crowe to ensure the best results for the client.

• You are curious about AI and Robotic Process Automation and how you can use them to make your work smarter and more fun;
