• Together with your teammates, you are responsible for the realization of the packaging schedule
• You reconfigure the lines, set up the machines, and monitor the packaging process and the quality of the end product. You are the reliable force behind every perfectly packaged bag
• Collect and register your essential data for process monitoring and make an important contribution to the maintenance of the machine park
• As a "super packer," you ensure a constant supply and exchange of packaging materials and are always alert for malfunctions. Your quick actions prevent things from "going to mush"
• In addition to regular duties, you are also actively working on optimization proposals regarding the production process and actively participate in improvement teams
