As Lead HR Performance & Growth at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you determine the course for the employee and manager journey where this comes together. You bring together various HR expertises, make choices, and ensure service delivery that works for our people and contributes to the ambitions of ASN Bank.

What will you do?
ASN Bank is in the midst of an ambitious HR transformation, working towards a smarter, faster, and simpler way of working. Within the People Experience Center, the journey teams work closely together on coherent and recognizable HR services for employees and managers, from onboarding to offboarding. As Lead HR Performance & Growth, you play a key role in this movement.

You lead a team of HR professionals within the Performance & Growth journey and ensure they can deploy their expertise optimally. You look beyond individual HR processes and ensure that the various moments and services within the journey connect logically and reinforce each other. You determine what is needed, set priorities, and bring together strategy, expertise, and organizational needs. Using feedback, NPS, and process data, you continuously drive improvement and results.

Your responsibilities are

• You translate performance and talent frameworks into reliable execution of the HR cycle, talent reviews, and succession planning, and identify where policy and practice intersect.
• You direct the learning and development offering via the ASN Academy, from professional competence and personal development to leadership development, within the established policy frameworks.
• You drive health and sustainable employability, including prevention, absenteeism, and reintegration, and ensure that employees and managers receive the right support in a timely manner.
• You drive the further development of the journey as a whole, with timeliness, quality, and employee experience as leading KPIs, and ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrally included.
• You connect feedback, case studies, and data to structural improvements in processes and service delivery, and bring signals from execution back to HR Strategy & Expertise.

You oversee the broad HR landscape, see where themes intersect, and know how to translate strategy into execution. From a senior HR or leadership role, you have experience in the integral development and improvement of HR services and realizing change.
