Requirements
What we're looking for
A completed HBO or WO degree in Toxicology, (Micro) Biology, Applied Biology, Environmental Science, or similar;
Several years of experience and up-to-date knowledge in the field of PFAS and the environment;
Experience in guiding and managing complex projects and connecting different stakeholders;
The ability to translate technical, legal, and policy issues into clear advice;
You are a strong communicator and move easily between specialists, clients, and administrators;
You enjoy sharing your knowledge and act as a technical sparring partner for colleagues.
The role
Do you want to contribute to complex PFAS issues affecting the Netherlands? As a PFAS and Environment Project Leader at Antea Group, you will combine technical expertise with strategic advice. In this way, you contribute to a safe, healthy, and future-proof living environment.
What you'll do
As a PFAS and Environment Project Leader, you help clients make the right choices regarding PFAS. You combine your technical knowledge of PFAS, policy, and legislation to translate complex issues into clear advice and solutions.
You lead projects where research, policy, and the living environment converge. In doing so, you work on diverse PFAS issues: from soil, groundwater, and surface water to crops, reeds, bees, milk, and eggs. No issue is the same. Sometimes you act as a strategic advisor for a municipality or province, sometimes you lead a multidisciplinary project team. You maintain the overview, monitor quality, and ensure that plans become truly actionable.
