Safety & Aftercare is looking for an enthusiastic, driven student who can support us in all aspects of Safety, Health, and Aftercare following shocking events. Our team consists of three consultants for stores, online, and distribution centers, with a Safety & Aftercare manager. We deal with the prevention of safety and health, with aftercare following shocking events, and investigation into occupational accidents within Albert Heijn, Etos, Gall & Gall, and Coffee Company.

What you'll do

Your new job and workplace.
You will support Safety & Aftercare in daily activities in which you gain experience in the field of Safety. You can expect all aspects within this. You will be given space to come up with an assignment yourself; of course, we also have projects of our own that you can take on. You will support Safety & Aftercare and work on:

  • Collaborating with 10 team members who hold mobile positions.
  • You contribute to the safety policy of Albert Heijn, Etos and Gall & Gall, Bol and Coffee Company.
  • You support the Safety & Aftercare team in an administrative capacity (RI&E and accident reports) but also provide your own contribution to the RI&E and with new ideas.
  • Dealing with freedom in hours and workplace.

How you'll work

In this position, you will work 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and various workplaces.

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in integrated safety science or a related degree (HBO or equivalent).
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You possess a Driver's License B.
  • You have command of the Dutch language.
  • You collaborate on daily activities.
  • Start date in consultation.
