Your new job and workplace.
As a webshop team intern (eCommerce), you contribute to the online results in the Etos webshop. In this role, you work on optimizing the webshop. You ensure that customers can quickly find the right products on etos.nl. You proactively seek out the right data to perform and prioritize these activities. Additionally, within our team, you will get the chance to test, analyze, and configure your own ideas and assumptions, after which your initiatives will actually become visible on the webshop. • You support the Webshop Specialist and ensure an optimal customer journey.
• You help in collecting the right product information and content that ensures a good customer experience and contributes to the commercial result.
• You know how to draw the right conclusions based on data and translate this into an improved customer experience.
• You can link actions based on customer feedback.
• You support the determination of the optimal categorization of products in the online assortment, ensuring they are always easy to find for the online customer.

In this position, you work 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.
