Ecommerce Content Internship

During this internship, you will play an active role in managing and optimizing the HEMA app and website homepage. You will analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement improvements based on data and customer insights. Additionally, you will draft briefings for various teams and ensure that projects are executed efficiently. You will write catchy content, develop new content pages, and contribute to an attractive and relevant online customer experience. You will also collaborate on App Store Optimization (ASO) and translate insights into concrete improvements that contribute to HEMA's online visibility, findability, and performance. In this way, you combine creativity, coordination, and analysis in an internship where you make a direct impact on HEMA's digital channels.

• You are pursuing a HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree, for example in the field of commercial economics, business administration, marketing, communication, or a similar study, and have an interest in e-commerce and retail.
• You are available for a working internship starting from February 2027. \
• You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language, both spoken and written.
• You have an interest in retail and e-commerce and enjoy working with various systems.
• You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and independent, but you also work accurately.
• You present yourself as a true team player and therefore fit in well within any team.
