You manage payroll processing and personnel administration according to various collective labor agreements (CAOs), process changes, and perform audits. In doing so, you naturally apply the laws and regulations regarding payroll taxes, social insurance, and labor law.
You do this for a wide range of clients. Think of (family) businesses, SMEs, agricultural enterprises, and non-profit organizations. For example, in sectors such as greenhouse horticulture, metal, and technology. You will receive a lot of responsibility, but you certainly do not have to do it alone. You can count on an induction program with guidance from an experienced colleague who will help you get started and is available for all your questions. Thanks to the good guidance and valuable feedback, you will get the opportunity to grow quickly in this role.
