What we're looking for

Master and/or Bachelor working and thinking level with a financial, (business) economic and/or legal background and/or relevant work experience as an underwriter or broker;
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the insurance world (insurer and/or advisor);
Thinking
Possesses a good balance between expertise and common sense;
Able to make clear problem analyses and determine follow-up actions;
Ability to make decisions with confidence in complex situations
Strong in prioritizing and distinguishing between main and secondary matters.
Communication and influence
Excellent team player; affinity and/or experience with team coordination is a plus
Able to demonstrate persuasiveness and negotiation skills
Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both spoken and written.
Service and organization
Interest in developing yourself into a sector specialist within a specific field
Accurate way of working and timely fulfillment of agreements ("first time right").

Active contribution to product innovation and process optimization.
Close collaboration with Sales, Claims, and operational departments.
