As a Finance Professional, you play an important role within our Financial control team. You ensure that financial processes run smoothly, support reporting and closings, and actively contribute to the further professionalization of the organization. This is a versatile role in which you combine a solid financial foundation with analyses, process improvement, and innovation.

In this role, you report to the Global Manager Finance and work closely with colleagues within Financial Control, Business Control, and the broader Finance organization. Depending on your experience, development, and the opportunities within the team, we will look together at how you can further develop yourself within Finance in the long term.

You are responsible for correct and timely financial processing and support daily administrative processes.

• Processing and checking purchase and sales invoices

• Supporting accounts receivable administration

• Preparing payments

• Processing bank transactions

• Managing and maintaining general ledger accounts

• Performing periodic checks and reconciliations

• Monitoring the quality, accuracy, and completeness of financial data

Together with the Finance team, you ensure reliable financial reporting.

• Supporting month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings

• Preparing balance sheet specifications

• Preparing financial reports

• Supporting audits and accountant inspections

• Identifying and analyzing deviations compared to previous periods

You help in converting data into actionable insights.

• Performing financial and operational analyses

• Supporting management reporting

• Collecting, checking, and interpreting relevant data

You actively think along about how processes can be designed to be smarter, more efficient, and more future-proof.

• Contributing to the standardization and optimization of financial processes

• Supporting automation and digitalization initiatives

• Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

• Collaborating on AI- and data-driven projects within Finance

• Actively contributing to the further development of a modern Finance organization
