Payroll Professional in the Netherlands

• Salary: up to € 5,179 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

• Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.

• Sustainable travel: € 0.30 per car km for commuting, € 0.40 (€ 0.23 net) per bicycle/walking kilometer. On top of that, full public transport reimbursement or—if more than 7,500 business km/year—an electric lease car or mobility budget. When driving electric, you receive € 0.40 per kilometer.

You make an important contribution to our clients' payroll administration. By making payroll processing simple and valuable. You do this for (family) businesses, SMEs, agricultural enterprises, and non-profit organizations, among others. You help entrepreneurs with sick leave notifications, pension funds, and wage tax. Additionally, you provide strategic advice and offer smart solutions to truly move clients forward.

• Payroll processing, personnel administration, and advice.

• Handling mutations, arranging registrations and de-registrations with pension funds, checking invoices.

• Advising clients on employment conditions and laws and regulations.

• Preparing reports.

• Staying up to date with developments in the sector and changing laws and regulations.

• Point of contact for clients and external parties, such as the Tax Administration, pension funds, insurers, and industry associations.
