Payroll Professional in the Netherlands

• Salary: between € 3,107 to € 5,179 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

• Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.

• Allowance for working from home: € 2.45 per home working day + € 40 net internet allowance per month.

• Sustainable travel: € 0.30 per car-km for commuting, € 0.40 (€ 0.23 net) per bicycle/walking kilometer. On top of that, a full public transport allowance or—if more than 7,500 business km/year—an electric lease car or mobility budget. When driving electric, you receive € 0.40 per kilometer.

What will you do as a payroll professional at aaff in Naaldwijk?

You will make an important contribution to the payroll administration of our clients from various sectors. Think of (family) businesses, SMEs, agricultural enterprises, and non-profit organizations. For these entrepreneurs, you make payroll processing simple and valuable. You assist with sick leave notifications, pension funds, and wage tax. Additionally, you provide strategic advice and offer smart solutions that truly move clients forward.

• Payroll processing, personnel administration, and advice.

• Handling changes, arranging registrations and de-registrations with pension funds, checking invoices.

• Advising clients on employment conditions and laws and regulations.

• Preparing reports.

• Staying up to date with developments in the sector and changing laws and regulations.

• Being the point of contact for clients and external parties, such as the Tax Administration, pension funds, insurers, and industry associations.

• Mentality: you work accurately, think along with entrepreneurs, and have an eye for opportunities.
