Pension Relationship Manager in Breda

• Salary: € 3,107 to € 5,179 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

• Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.

• Allowance for working from home: € 2.45 per home working day + € 40 net internet allowance per month.

• Sustainable travel: € 0.30 per car-km for commuting, € 0.40 (€ 0.25 net) per bicycle/walking kilometer. On top of that, a full public transport allowance or—if more than 7,500 business km/year—an electric lease car or mobility budget. When driving electric, you receive € 0.40 per kilometer.

What will you do as a pension relationship manager at aaff in Breda?

You will work together with a compact pension advisory team in the Southern region, which currently consists of 5 colleagues with whom you will work closely. At the same time, you are part of a broad advisory organization with accountants, payroll specialists, legal experts, and business advisors. This allows you to truly help clients in an integrated way. Our team is growing, and you will help us build it.

• Being the fixed point of contact for employers, employees, and pension providers.

• Managing your own client portfolio and building sustainable relationships.

• Supporting clients with pension schemes, changes, and contract amendments.

• Conducting pension discussions with employees and making pensions understandable.

• Identifying advisory opportunities regarding the Wtp, pension communication, and income risks.

• Collaborating with colleagues in pensions, payroll, accountancy, and legal advice.
