The role

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities:
You are responsible from A to Z for our trade fairs, events, and our own Wavin Academy in Hardenberg.
You manage our social media channels and create engaging (digital) content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and the website together with your marketing colleagues.
You analyze the channels and draw up improvement plans together with the digital manager and external agencies that you manage.
In this, you work together with your colleagues from marketing, product management, and sales, and you liaise with external parties, such as digital and advertising agencies.

Requirements

Requirements:

We are looking for an all-round marketing and communication professional. Someone with experience, but also with the right personality and drive. A creative, organized, hands-on professional who maintains an overview, sees opportunities, acts decisively, and can collaborate well!

You have a relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communication, journalism, or branding. Preferably within a B2B environment;
You have an affinity for or experience with sustainability and technical innovations;
You possess excellent communication skills, in both Dutch and English.
You are at home in online marketing and social media and have an advantage if you have experience with Hubspot;
You also have experience applying AI and digital trends, while always maintaining a critical mindset;
You possess excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and a creative mind.
