What you'll get

Salary: up to € 8,233 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.
Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.
Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.
Allowance for working from home: € 2.45 per home working day + € 40 net internet allowance per month.

The role

What you'll do

As an accountant, you bear ultimate responsibility for the quality of the files and the activities of your team. You discuss annual accounts, sign the compilation report, and provide valuable advice based on the financial developments at the client. You work closely with the other specialists at aaff to offer clients the best service. Many of our clients are SME entrepreneurs or active in rapidly changing agricultural sectors. This makes your work varied and challenging. If your passion lies in a specific sector, there is room to specialize in this.

Your main responsibilities are:

Bearing ultimate responsibility for the quality and planning of the files and activities of your team.
Issuing reports for compilation engagements.
Providing valuable advice to clients based on their financial developments.
Collaborating with colleagues from other disciplines to provide optimal support to clients.
Welcoming new clients together with the relationship managers.
