Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Salary: up to € 8,233 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.
Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.
Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.
Allowance for working from home: € 2.45 per home working day + € 40 net internet allowance per month.
Sustainable travel: € 0.30 per car km for commuting, € 0.40 (€ 0.23 net) per bicycle/walking kilometer. On top of that, full public transport reimbursement or—if more than 7,500 business km/year—an electric lease car or mobility budget. When driving electric, you receive € 0.40 per kilometer.

The role

Our assistant accountants at the Raamsdonksveer office guide and advise SME clients in the region on their business operations. That is the core of your work as an accountant at aaff. In addition, you ensure optimal quality of files and work together with other specialists to provide the best service for our clients. What do you get in return? What you'll do

You lead the assistant accountants and bear ultimate responsibility for the quality of the files and the activities of your team. You discuss annual accounts, sign the compilation report, and provide valuable advice based on the financial developments of clients. Many of them are active in rapidly changing sectors such as transport, hospitality, e-commerce, high-tech/manufacturing, and construction. This makes your work varied and challenging. Is your passion in a specific sector? Then there is room to specialize in this.

Leading assistant accountants.
Bearing ultimate responsibility for the quality and planning of the files and activities of your team.
Issuing reports for compilation engagements.
Providing valuable advice to clients based on their financial developments.
Collaborating with colleagues from other disciplines to provide optimal support to clients.
Welcoming new clients together with the relationship managers.
