Marketing Intern - Growth and/or Content

Are you studying marketing, AI, communication, (creative) business, or a similar field? Are you looking for a graduation internship and are you interested in a focus on content or growth marketing?

We need your creativity and innovative ideas! We are looking for a creative student to help us create marketing campaigns in both words and images. This means a focus on content creation and/or growth marketing.

You will largely determine that yourself! Depending on your studies and interests, we will put together a set of tasks that aligns with the challenges, objectives, and projects within our team. Is AI your best friend? Great, there is still a lot we can develop there. Interested in Socials? Nice, we can make good use of your creativity. A quick pen? Also great! Your texts will get the stage they deserve with us.

In short, depending on your input, ideas, and talents, we will look together at what you will be doing, such as:

• Design;

• Webinar productions;

• Website optimization and maintenance;

• E-mail marketing;

• Social media;

• Deep dive into analytics;

• Contributing ideas to plans surrounding AI.

From day one, we will guide you and show you how practice works. But over time, you will be able to do it (almost) entirely on your own and tell us how it can be improved.

Who will you be working with?
Of course, you won't be standing alone. We have recently grown into a team of seven enthusiastic marketers, each with their own specialty. Plenty of opportunities to grow together and learn from each other.

Who is 12Build?
12Build in short: With a healthy dose of Drive, Happiness, and Openness, we are building a transparent construction industry. We are a SaaS platform that connects construction companies and thus promotes collaboration. We have existed for almost twenty years and are still growing. We now have more than 90 colleagues, spread across 2 offices (Nijverdal and Zwolle). A large part of the construction world in the Benelux, Germany, and Denmark already works on our platform and uses our software on a daily basis. And we have the ambition to conquer all of Europe.

• You are pursuing a HBO or WO degree in marketing, communication, or a related field (such as creative business, business administration, commercial economics, artificial intelligence, business analytics, or marketing analytics);

• You are looking for a graduation internship and are available starting February 2027, for a period of approx. 1/2 years.

• 3rd year student looking for an internship for the same duration and period? You are also welcome to apply!

• You have flawless command of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing;

• And English would be great, since about 1/3rd of our colleagues has an international background;

• German would also be nice;

• Additionally, you receive bonus points for your ping pong, pool, or FIFA skills.
