Do you work systematically, do you have an eye for detail, and do you derive satisfaction from a database that is accurate down to the last decimal? At 12Build, we are looking for an accurate Data Entry Clerk to strengthen our Data Maintenance team (24 to 28 hours p/w).
In this role, you are directly responsible for the quality, reliability, and completeness of our European database of construction specialists. Your activities follow a clear process:
Information Collection & Screening: You analyze websites of construction specialists to uncover specific data (such as specializations and contact details).
Data Processing: You enter this data in a structured manner and correctly process data from external sources into the 12Build database.
Quality Control: You detect inconsistencies or inaccuracies and correct them immediately, so that main contractors always have access to error-free information.
Verification: You contact users via email (and occasionally by telephone) to verify and validate specific data.

Language skills: In addition to Dutch, you can also email and call in sufficient English and German to check data.
Accurate & Quality-oriented: You are critical of data and work meticulously. Errors or inconsistencies catch your eye immediately.
Structured: You enjoy working according to fixed guidelines and processes and can maintain your focus well during this.
Curious bloodhound: You are proactive and persistent in your search for missing information; you only stop when a profile is truly complete.
Communicatively accurate: You communicate professionally, clearly, and correctly via email and telephone.
Travel distance and working hours: you can be present in the office for 24-28 hours.

Our data department is split into two clear pillars: Data Insights and Data Maintenance. You will become part of the Data Maintenance team, which currently consists of 3 permanent colleagues.
Your base location is our head office in Nijverdal, with the possibility to work flexibly from our office in Zwolle. Partial working from home is an option, whereby we coordinate fixed office days in consultation to ensure good alignment with the team.
