Junior Associate Restructuring & Insolvency

We are looking for a Junior Associate for our Restructuring & Insolvency team in Eindhoven.

As a Junior Associate within our Restructuring & Insolvency department, you will be involved in a wide range of legal work related to restructurings and insolvency proceedings. You will engage in, among other things:

• The thorough research of relevant laws and regulations and case law in the field of insolvency and restructuring;

• Supporting the drafting of drafts of legal documents, such as petitions, letters, restructuring plans, and agreements; and

• Assisting in the preparation and execution of bankruptcy proceedings and ensuring correct administrative handling.

For our office in Eindhoven, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven trainee lawyer who wants to come and strengthen our R&I team. To be eligible for the position, you have obviously completed a (WO) Dutch Law degree, with a master's in private law or corporate law and a demonstrable interest in insolvency law. Furthermore, you possess strong analytical skills and can work well both independently and in a team. Finally, we expect you to possess excellent communication skills, including a good command of the English language.
