For the WELEDA SPA in Oegstgeest-Leiden, we are looking for a

Beauty Specialist/Masseur (on an employment or freelance basis)

You provide various facial treatments and massages in a special way developed specifically for and by WELEDA SPA. In doing so, you work with 100% natural WELEDA products. During your induction period, you will be trained in the WELEDA SPA method and in product knowledge.

You will have the opportunity to strengthen the unique WELEDA SPA concept: from product to experience by connecting health, beauty, and care. There are currently eight locations in the Netherlands and one location in Belgium, each with 3 or 4 treatment rooms. You will work within your own team under the responsibility of your team lead, and supported from the head office in Zoetermeer. Twice a year, we organize an inspiring meeting for all WELEDA SPA employees.

You love helping others find balance through relaxation and care. But the balance between man and nature is also important to you. You derive your energy and motivation from the visible results in your clients, when they walk out of the WELEDA SPA feeling reborn.

What your duties are

• Your core task is providing massages and facial treatments.
• You provide product advice and ensure the additional sale of WELEDA products.
• You process the payment for the treatment with your client yourself.
• You ask the client if he/she wants to make a new appointment and book it in the calendar.
• Together with the team, you are responsible for managing the schedule.
• Together with the team, you are responsible for a clean working environment.

Who you are

• For this position we request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) during the course of the application procedure.
• You are willing to work in the evenings and weekends.
• A trial treatment is part of the application procedure.
• The position can be filled on an employment basis or on a freelance basis.

• A gross monthly wage of € 2,686.60 based on a 40-hour work week (gross €15.50 per hour).
