Maintenance Technician

• You will receive a 13th month, 8% holiday allowance, profit sharing, a shift allowance of 19.5%, and a pension scheme where Vlisco pays two-thirds of the premium.

Our service department consists of a preventive service team (day shift) and a corrective service team (3-shift system). We are looking for someone within the corrective service team. It is important to know that we aim to transition to a 5-shift roster as of September 2026.

In this position, you play a crucial role in preventing and resolving electrotechnical and mechanical malfunctions on our advanced machines. You will work in an environment where safety, craftsmanship, and development are central, and where your technical knowledge truly makes the difference.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Analyzing, locating, and resolving electrotechnical and mechanical malfunctions;

• Performing maintenance on machines and installations;

• Identifying (potential) electrical risks and anticipating them adequately;

• Resolving daily malfunctions and performing technical modifications to prevent recurrence;

• Collaborating with colleagues and technical specialists to implement structural improvements;

• Recording activities in the maintenance management system;

• (Co)ordinating activities within the shift;

• Acting as a point of contact for external suppliers during complex malfunctions and maintenance work;

• Working according to the correct electrotechnical procedures and safety guidelines (NEN3140).
