You make the difference in safety!
Working safely is not an afterthought at Vion, but a top priority. As a Regio Safety Expert, you are one of the pioneers at our locations in Apeldoorn and Scherpenzeel. Together with your colleague, you are (co)responsible for the safety policy and the safety culture of both locations.

You actively stimulate safety awareness and are a driving force behind a strong safety culture;
You advise management and operations on safety issues, both proactively and reactively;
You investigate incidents and perform analyses with those involved, during which you propose and implement improvement suggestions;
You develop and provide training, information, and toolbox talks that truly resonate and activate;
You carry out workplace inspections and safety rounds and address employees directly on behavior - with an eye for both connection and results;
You draft reports, action plans, and policy documents and ensure a clear translation into practice;
You act as a sparring partner for both production and other disciplines within the organization;
You participate in internal Arbo audits and work closely with other safety experts within Vion.
