ENT specialists region Rijswijk and Capelle aan den IJssel

At Bergman Clinics, we are looking for one or more all-round ENT specialists for our modern locations in Rijswijk and Capelle aan den IJssel. Do optimal quality of care and the best patient satisfaction hold high value for you, and do you have an entrepreneurial character? We are looking for enthusiastic ENT specialists who want to help build our Ear, Nose, and Throat surgery division within Bergman Clinics.

At Bergman Clinics, you can practice your profession in its full breadth. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to focus on a specific area of interest or to focus more on your leadership qualities.
At our new location in Rijswijk, there are two full ENT consultation rooms. The OR facilities are located in Hilversum. At Bergman Clinics, there are short lines of communication and we ensure short waiting times. This ensures that you can help your patients quickly, well, and personally.

What do you need to be successful in this role?
We are looking for an initiative-taking, driven, and entrepreneurial team player with good communication skills. Maintaining contact with referrers and colleagues comes easily to you and you have an eye for the patient.
Additionally, we encourage you, as a colleague, to think along with and help build towards the realization of even better care within the ENT division.

Employment conditions:

Screening of CV, diplomas, identity document, and VOG (certificate of good conduct) will be (part of) the selection procedure, as will shadowing in the clinic for a day (or part of a day).

You will be working at our high-quality location in Rijswijk or Capelle, where other divisions of Bergman Clinics are also housed (including orthopedics, dermatology, women's care, and ophthalmology).

The ENT division consists of 13 ENT specialists spread across the various locations. The main ENT location is in Hilversum. This location houses a large outpatient clinic and 2 ORs (Class I) where both children and adults are treated. Additionally, we have a close collaboration with UMC Utrecht. Services are provided jointly, which means the on-call burden is relatively low.
