As a Service Engineer Sprinkler, you are part of a (multidisciplinary) engineering team and will be involved in tasks such as the following:

• Performing maintenance on sprinkler installations: overhauling alarm valves, check valves, and related fittings.
• Supervising suppliers for, for example, the maintenance of diesel and electric pump sets and the fire alarm system; in this regard, you are the point of contact for both the customer and the supplier.
• Checking all fire and technical alarms.
• Performing periodic testing activities of the sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
• Troubleshooting faults, both mechanical and electrical. For 95% of cases this will be mechanical, however electrical (fire alarm and 230/400 volt) also occurs;
• Executing small projects, such as for example replacing a jockey pump, check valve, pressure switch, or thermostat;
• Performing small adjustments to the piping, small-scale pipefitting;
