The role

As a production planner, you are the connecting link between customer demand, production, and logistics. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from a realistic production schedule to an optimal material flow on the shop floor. In a dynamic high-tech environment, you maintain an overview, set the right priorities, and ensure that our customers can rely on a reliable delivery of high-quality products.

As a production planner, you are active on the production floor daily and have close contact with production, logistics, work preparation, and other supporting departments. You monitor the progress of orders, coordinate priorities, and ensure that capacity, materials, and planning are optimally aligned.

No two days are the same. You are continuously analyzing, coordinating, and improving to ensure that our production performs optimally.

• Drawing up, monitoring, and optimizing the production schedule;
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks within the production process;
• Prioritizing orders based on customer needs, capacity, and delivery dates;
• Making capacity issues transparent and coordinating the necessary resources;
• Collaborating closely with production, logistics, and fellow planners to ensure progress;
• Optimizing logistical processes and material flows on the shop floor;
• Managing and improving data in the MRP/ERP system;
• Initiating and guiding improvement projects focused on efficiency, delivery reliability, and process optimization;
• Actively contributing to a safe, structured, and future-proof production environment.
