The role

In the role of Orderplanner, you are responsible for preparing and maintaining the production plan for the flow of deliveries to and from our customer. Additionally, you assess the consequences of the production plan on the total chain, which is aligned with the corresponding sales plan. Due to changes in the sales plan and requests from the customer, the planning must be continuously adjusted. In this process, the order planner is in close contact with purchasing and production so that internal and external capacity is optimized. Because of this, the role is very dynamic.

Due to the tightening requirements of the customer, maintaining and improving logistical processes will become increasingly important in the coming years. Therefore, we are looking for a driven professional who can look critically at our current processes and who can take our department to a higher level in changing circumstances.

• Providing the integral planning for one or more systems and monitoring the associated processes.
• Monitoring the total logistical progress within the workflow, both internally and with suppliers.
• Project-based work on logistical improvement trajectories and the implementation of new goals.
• Maintaining an overview in a dynamic environment.
• Direct customer contact for order coordination and additional customer requests.
• Proactively contributing to the optimization of the logistical setup for the complete delivery flow.
