The role

What you'll do

As an Electrical Work Preparer within our Large Projects department, you are responsible for the complete preparation and supervision of electrical installations within large utility and residential construction projects starting from €50,000.-.

You will work on challenging projects such as new-build apartments, hotels, schools, healthcare institutions, commercial buildings, distribution centers, and large-scale sustainability projects. Think of complete electrical installations, charging infrastructure, solar panels, and energy storage.

Within this role, you are the connecting link between customers, suppliers, technicians, drafters, and project management. Thanks to your technical knowledge, overview, and organizational skills, you ensure that projects run smoothly.

You will join an experienced team consisting of a department head, W supervisor, E supervisor, support employee, technical manager, technical manager E, drafter E, calculator E, and work preparer E.

Independently planning your own activities and preparing activities for drafters and technicians at project locations;
Designing, calculating, and potentially drawing installations for projects;
Preparing quotes and cost estimates for additional and reduced work;
Preparing and following up on quotes;
Ordering materials for projects and monitoring delivery times;
Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and project teams;
Working with systems such as Adomi and Syntess.
