Experience in installation technology
MBO 4+ or HBO working and thinking level
Driving license B
VCA VOL and BHV (or willing to obtain these)
Resilient to stress and eager to learn
Customer-oriented and result-oriented work attitude
Communicatively skilled in Dutch, both spoken and written

You will learn to supervise and realize new construction projects in refrigeration and climate technology
You provide installers and work preparers with information
Participating in internal and external construction meetings
Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
Monitoring planning, quality, safety, and financial results
Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
