Do you prefer being right in the middle of the construction site and do you like to be in control? As a Residential Construction Site Manager in and around Eindhoven, you ensure that people, planning, and execution come together. This way, you build projects together with your team that you can be proud of.
As a Site Manager, you are the face of the construction site. You ensure that the work runs smoothly and you are busy every day with organizing, coordinating, and supervising the execution. From landed houses and apartment complexes to complete new construction developments in the Eindhoven region; you ensure that people, planning, and execution come together.
You work closely with project management, work preparation, and construction partners and know exactly what is needed to realize a project successfully. Does something go differently than planned? Then you switch gears quickly and translate challenges into smart and practical solutions.
Naturally, you have a great passion for construction, but you find creating a strong team at least as important. With your coaching approach, you know how to motivate colleagues and partners to deliver quality together and achieve objectives. In this way, you are not only building homes, but also contributing to the further growth of the Eindhoven region.
Together, you ensure projects that residents, clients, and colleagues can be proud of.
Safety is always your top priority! Because of this, you always have an overview of all ongoing matters taking place on your construction site. As a result, you are very alert and, in case of problems, you act professionally and accurately and think in solutions.

At Dura Vermeer, we prefer to recruit and select our candidates without the well-intentioned help of "subcontractors". Upon acquisition, we reserve the right to charge for additional work.
As Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Den Bosch, we are an independent operating company within a larger whole. An organization of 150 employees who would love to welcome you as a new colleague into the family! Together, we realize area and real estate development, residential construction, non-residential construction, renovation, and transformation - from new construction to the improvement and renewal of existing real estate in the Noord-Brabant and Limburg regions.
As an employee of Dura Vermeer, you are part of a club of developers, builders, doers, and achievers. Sustainable collaboration is paramount: making plans together, sharing knowledge and successes together, and innovating together.
Dura Vermeer is an independent family business. And you can notice that. In how we work together, how we look out for one another, and how we build with an eye on future generations. Since 1855, we have been building the Netherlands, in residential construction, non-residential construction, infrastructure, and technology. Our independence and long-term vision form the foundation for this.
With a turnover of € 2.6 billion and over 3,700 colleagues, we belong to the top of the Dutch construction sector. But ultimately, for us, it is not about those figures. It is about people. About colleagues working together on projects you can be proud of - iconic and close to home - and contributing to solutions for societal issues.
Our ambitions are great. And we only achieve them with engaged people. That is why we invest in good employerhood and a working environment in which you feel at home. Where you can be yourself, feel safe, and speak up. So that you get the best out of yourself and, together with us, make more.
