What you'll do
As a Team Leader W-installations, you provide daily leadership to a team of technicians and engineers within mechanical installation technology. You monitor the progress of projects and ensure that everyone has the right information, materials, and support.
What will you do?
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
· Leading and coaching technicians and engineers;
· Coordinating activities within various projects;
· Monitoring planning, quality, safety, and budget;
· Consulting with project leaders, work preparers, and clients;
· Ensuring good preparation and efficient execution of activities;
· Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and installation technology solutions;
· Thinking along regarding technical issues and innovative solutions;
· Maintaining contacts with customers, suppliers, and other construction partners.
In short: you ensure that your team can work well and that the projects remain on track technically and organizationally.
What you bring
You are a technically strong professional with leadership qualities and an overview. You know how to motivate people while simultaneously maintaining control over planning, quality, and execution.
Additionally, you preferably have:
· An MBO or HBO education in installation technology, mechanical engineering, or similar;
· Several years of experience in installation technology, for example as a first-class technician;
· Experience with mechanical installations such as climate installations, heating, and air handling;
· Leadership qualities and organizational insight;
· Good communication skills;
· A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

As a Team Leader W-installations, you are the connecting link between technicians, work preparation, project management, and customers.
