As a security technology service technician, you will work on diverse security installations for both business and private customers. After a thorough induction period, you will go out independently or together with colleagues to resolve faults, perform repairs, and advise customers. No two days are the same, and thanks to your technical knowledge, you ensure that customers can rely on safe and well-functioning installations.

As a Security Technology Service Technician, you are the specialist who ensures that security systems continue to function reliably. You work with various technologies and have a lot of contact with customers.

Your responsibilities include

• Detecting, analyzing, and resolving faults in intrusion security, fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and access control systems.

• Performing repairs and replacing defective parts in security installations.

• Checking and testing security systems to guarantee safe and reliable operation.

• Advising customers on the use, maintenance, and possible improvements of their security installations.

• Providing technical service and aftercare, where customer satisfaction is the priority.

• Registering performed activities, faults, and repairs.

• Participating in on-call services to support customers even outside regular working hours.

You will receive a lot of independence and responsibility, but you can always rely on the knowledge and experience of your colleagues.
