• A challenging job between 32 and 40 hours per week;

• A one-year contract with the intention to convert this into a permanent position;

• An informal, friendly working atmosphere with regular fun outings, such as the VDK family day in Phantasialand and various staff parties.

At Lotec, we are specialists in water treatment installations for, among others, municipal swimming pools, wellness facilities, healthcare institutions, hotels, and exclusive private pools. With more than 350 satisfied customers in the Benelux, our installations and service are indispensable in the world of professional swimming pools.

What began as a small-scale plumbing company has grown into a stable and ambitious company with over 80 colleagues, spread across three locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. And we continue to grow! That is why we are looking for a driven Service Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our customers' service and maintenance questions.

As Service Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our customers and Service Technicians. You speak to customers professionally, think along with them, and ensure that questions or reports are handled quickly and correctly. You ensure good planning and preparation of maintenance, service, and repair work, so that the technicians can get started quickly. You maintain close contact with the Service Technicians in the field for the purpose of executing the work.

When a question requires specialist follow-up, you ensure a clear handover to the contract manager. You thus act as an important link between customers, service technicians, and the internal organization.
