Service & Maintenance Project Leader

• A base salary between €4,500.- and €6,000.- gross per month, aligned with your knowledge, background, and experience;

• Secondary employment conditions according to the CAO Metaal en Techniek. Think of 25 vacation days, 13 ADV days, and pension accrual with the PMT pension fund;

We realize installations in the fields of electrical engineering, KNX/domotics, lighting, and data. Additionally, we provide alarm installations (fire and burglary), CCTV, and telecom installations.

To shape our further growth, we are looking for a Service & Maintenance Project Leader. An independent and entrepreneurial professional who will be fully responsible for our Service & Maintenance department.

As Service & Maintenance Project Leader, you are responsible from A to Z for our Service & Maintenance department. Together with your team, consisting of a work planner and 5 to 6 service technicians, you ensure that our customers can count on professional, reliable, and efficient service.

Your tasks include, among other things, drawing up the service, maintenance, and fault planning and managing the work planner and service technicians. You monitor the progress, quality, and planning of the activities and serve as the point of contact for our customers. You also regularly visit customer locations for surveys and inventories.

Additionally, you maintain control over the financial and commercial results of the department, identify new opportunities, and actively contribute ideas regarding the further professionalization and growth of Service & Maintenance.

In short: you ensure that people, planning, technology, and customer requests come together and that our Service & Maintenance department runs smoothly every day.
