Heat Pump Fitter

As an informal and friendly Brabant-based company with about 120 colleagues, we work daily on sustainable installations within a 60-kilometer radius of Veldhoven.

We are looking for a technically driven fitter who is responsible for connecting, testing, and commissioning heat pumps. You ensure that every installation works perfectly and is ready for use. You start the day with a cup of coffee in the site hut, discuss the planning with colleagues, and then work independently in a new-build home. Your activities range from preparations to the careful completion of heat pump installations, where you always ensure quality and an efficient process. Your duties consist of:

• Mounting the control bar, motors, and thermostats, and connecting the controls;

• Electrically connecting the heat pump, connecting the controls, and pulling the signal cable;

• Flushing the underfloor heating to make the piping air-free;

• Connecting and welding refrigerant lines according to F-gas guidelines;

• Testing the installation for pressure, performing pressure reduction, the vacuum process, and topping up F-gases;

• Commissioning the heat pump and completing the commissioning form;

• Checking whether the installation is functioning optimally.
