The role

At Veolia Gebouwenbeheer in Maastricht, you will work as a Technician in a small and dynamic team. The team focuses on service and maintenance of building-related installations, both electrotechnical and mechanical, and on projects arising from maintenance contracts. We carry out these activities for clients such as NS and municipalities, among others.

As a Mechanical Installations Technician at Veolia Gebouwenbeheer, you will work regionally for various clients. You will identify the wishes and needs of customers and respond to them, ensuring that installations continue to function reliably and that customers are optimally supported and relieved of their concerns.

Your challenge as a Mechanical Installations Technician:

What you'll do

Performing maintenance on Mechanical Installations and other common installations in buildings;
Resolving mechanical malfunctions;
Administering your activities;
Registering additional work;
Advising the Work Preparer about opportunities and improvements at the clients.
