What does your workday look like?

As Manager of Service, Maintenance, and Small-scale Construction, you are responsible for three important departments within the organization. Together with approximately 40 colleagues, you ensure that breakdowns, maintenance work, and small-scale construction projects are carried out properly and that customers can rely on quality and continuity.

You are part of the management team and contribute ideas regarding the further development of the organization. At the same time, you remain close to the practical work. You monitor the progress of activities, support your teams where necessary, and ensure that capacity, planning, and staffing align well.

You maintain an overview of ongoing activities, make adjustments when necessary, and ensure that processes run increasingly smarter and more efficiently. In doing so, you keep an eye on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You also maintain contact with existing customers and work on further strengthening these relationships.

In addition to the operational work, you devote a lot of attention to your employees. You coach, guide, and stimulate colleagues in their development. In this way, you build strong teams and good results together. Additionally, you monitor the budgets of the departments and manage towards a healthy financial performance.
