HR Business Partner | West Region | 40 hours

Do you want to have real influence as an HR Business Partner on how different companies organize and further develop their HR? At the VDK Group, you will work for several independent installation companies in the West region. You will be a sparring partner for management and directors, help HR professionals within the companies progress, and translate our HR strategy into what is needed locally.

Your home base will be our regional hub in Heerhugowaard, but most of your work will take place at the companies within the region. You will be given a lot of freedom to determine your own schedule and will work on both concrete HR issues of today and projects that advance VDK as an organization.

As an HR Business Partner, you will work on five strategic HR pillars: basics in order, attraction, retention, development, and well-being. In doing so, you won't just watch from the sidelines, but you will help companies take concrete steps. Sometimes as an advisor and sparring partner, sometimes by taking the initiative yourself.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Advising and supporting directors, management, and HR contact points within various VDK companies.

• Strengthening and further developing the local HR organization within the companies.

• Analyzing HR data and translating this into concrete actions and improvements.

• Identifying HR issues and initiating improvement initiatives and pilots.

• Guiding the HR onboarding of new companies joining the VDK Group.

• Executing and following up on the VDKansenmonitor regarding talent and succession planning.

• Leading one or more HR projects that contribute to the further development of our HR organization.

• Sharing knowledge and successful working methods between the different companies in your region.

It is precisely the variety that makes this position interesting. One moment you are sparring with a director about the development of their organization, the next moment you are helping an HR colleague with a practical issue or working with colleagues from other regions on a VDK-wide HR project.
