The role

For the expansion of our enthusiastic and driven teams, we are looking for a commercial manager with a technical background. In this role, you are responsible for recognizing and winning commercial opportunities in installation technology. Our focus lies on customers with buildings in commercial utility.

As Technical commercial manager you are the central point of contact for our customers. You ensure the acquisition of new customers/assignments and/or the renewal of existing contracts. Additionally, you advise new and existing customers on technical installations and translate their needs into concrete solutions.

You work at a tactical and strategic level and regularly interface with customers, project leaders, and management.

What you'll do

Inventorying and analyzing customer needs and translating these into technical solutions
Providing support in drafting and following up on quotes and estimates
Actively securing new projects and maintenance contracts
Maintaining and expanding contact with new and existing customers
Ensuring internal coordination with projects and our service & maintenance department
Monitoring project opportunities, turnover, and margins

What you bring

HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level (preferably in a technical direction)
Experience within installation technology or a comparable industry
Strong communication skills
Commercial insight and result-orientedness
Organizationally strong and able to switch gears quickly
In possession of VCA-VOL (or willing to obtain it)
